The idea for American Hero Towing was born on May 16, 2023, following a life-changing accident in Hudsonville, Michigan. It was an ordinary Tuesday morning, filled with the usual chaos of preparing our four kids for school. On our way home, we were struck by a driver who lost consciousness due to a medical emergency and ran a stop sign. By the grace of God, everyone survived. The professionalism and compassion displayed by the first responders that day made a lasting impression on us. We knew we wanted to find a way to give back to the people who serve our community so selflessly.

From that experience, American Hero Towing was established with a mission to serve others with heart and support the heroes we work alongside every day. Our slogan, “Hauling with Heart, and Giving Back to our Heroes,” reflects this purpose. “Hauling with Heart” signifies our commitment to treating every customer with care, whether we’re providing 24/7 towing assistance during a lockout, a flat tire, or an accident recovery. “Giving Back to our Heroes” means we actively support local first responder programs and veteran organizations through every job we complete.
